Sync. question with script

Hello,

I take the sample script and make changing.
I will sync. a folder at my server. I will only get the files where are not on the destination. At the moment it seams to me that every time, everything is copied.

What can I do?

# Automatically answer all prompts negativelly not to stall
# the script on errors
option batch on
# Disable overwrite confirmations that conflict with previous
option confirm off
# Connect using a password
# open server:@192.1.1.0
# Connect
open server:xxx@192.1.1.0
# Change remote directory
cd /home/server/test
# Force binary mode transfer
option transfer binary
# Download file to local directory d:\
synchronize local d:\test\
# Disconnect
close
# Exit WinSCP
exit
