Unable to run winscp.com on Server 2012 R2

When I try to run winscp.com on win Server 2012 R2, I get an error saying that it is incompatible with This version of Windows.

What can be done?

What version of WinSCP? What is the exact error message? Can post a screenshot?

Thank you for responding so quickly.
Here are 2 screen shots of different errors showing the same thing. Version is 5.11.2

The file is obviously corrupted. Note the "0 KB".
winscp.com version 5.11.2 has about 278 KB.

Try to reinstall WinSCP.
