Please help....does WinSCP support these Ciphers and MACS?

Do WinSCP Supported ciphers include: aes128-ctr, aes256-ctr, aes128-cbc, aes256-cbc
DO WinSCP Supported MACS include: hmac-sha2-256, hmac-sha256-etm@openssh.com, hmac-sha2-512, hmac-sha512-etm@openssh.com

I have WinSCP 5.13

hmac-sha256-etm@openssh.com, hmac-sha2-512 and hmac-sha512-etm@openssh.com are not supported.
