How to change Default FTP Home Directory for OpenSSH SFTP on windows server 2012

Hi,
How to change Default FTP Home Directory for OpenSSH SFTP on windows server 2012.
Please guide me to change Default FTP Home Directory for OpenSSH SFTP on windows server 2012.
It taken path C:\users\%username% as default. We needs to change FTP Home path.
Please help and do the needful.
