deleting local files older than 7 hours

I thought I had a grasp of the basic syntax but I guess not. For starters, I tried to list files older than 7 hours in the console but not having any luck.

What would be the command syntax to delete local files older than 7 hours?

My target is to download a specific file from a remote site every hour, rename it by appending the HH and MM to the filename. Delete any local files older than 7 hours so I don't end up with too many.

WinSCP scripting cannot delete local files at all.
