Modification date and hours archives

Every time we copy a file from the PC to the FTP or WEBDAV connection it puts the modification date with 12/30/1899, I need the date that appears to be the last modified real, is there any place where I can configure it? The version I'm using is 5.13.1, I'm waiting to return thanks !!

What WebDAV server is that? Most WebDAV servers do not allow preserving timestamps of uploaded files.
