A seamless encrypted backup copy of your files on an SFTP server : QUESTION

Great news! Next #WinSCP beta will bring an often requested functionality to create a seamless encrypted backup copy of your files on an SFTP server that even server admin won't be able to read. What other protocols shall we implement?

No Filename encryption by option

Hi,
it would be great to _not_ encrypt the filenames by default, but to have that as an option. That way.

Thanks,
Joachim

WebDAV for Cloud and WinSCP for Android

Hi!

WebDAV Support is needed! Cloud providers dont support SFTP or want to bill extra.
Poor business!

Also we need an Android WinSCP app and WinSCP instances should be able to access the same cloud from many system instances, so notebook, smartphone and desktop computer can use the cloud like onedrive etc.
it also is necessary that everything is encrypted automatically.
so a local folder as a cache and auto sync would be nice. anyway if not cached its also possible.
local encryption is not needed. also if the key gets lost we still have the files local.
