Initiating SCP session failed to logon

I just started using WinSCP and was trying to connect to one of our servers with the SCP protocol. I get the failed login error when I input my username and password, which is an administrative account. Please advise the steps to take for successfully logging into a server with the login dialog box.

Can you login to that server using any SSH client using the same credentials? If you can post its log file as well as WinSCP log file.
