Bug 1644 still active on UNC

I have installed winscp V.5.13.3 (Build 8565) on win 10 1803. The bug 1644 still exists in UNC environment. I am not able to copy files from server to a local network drive folder.

If it helps you, I can implement a configuration option, where you can specify a list of UNC paths, where you want to allow dropping of files. I can then provide you a development version for testing.
