Old Encryption Ciphers

Hi,

is it possible to change in actual versions Encryption Ciphers and add for example old TLS_RSA_EXPORT_WITH_RC4_40_MD5.
It's for test purpose where we have old server with SSLv3 support and old ciphers only.
For old WinSCP version (5.1.3), connection works.

No, this cipher was removed as it's not considered secure anymore.
