problem getting file

I have a problem getting a file from the server.
(It's always the same behaviour)
When I try to get the file by using the exact name of the file it doesn't work (look below), if I use an "*" in the filename then it works.
How can that be ?
(with the "*" i get more files that I want)

i work with version 3.7.6 (Build 306) of WINSCP
and putting the file to remote works fine.
the error appears only by getting the file FROM remote

Can you turn on Debug2-level logging to file and try again? Then do the same via GUI and post both logs or send them to me.
