"Remember session password and pass it to PuTTY" feature no longer works in 1.13.5

The "Remember session password and pass it to PuTTY" feature no longer works in the newest 1.13.5 release. I'm unsure if it works with regular passwords, but it doesn't work for key based authentication. This worked correctly until 1.13.4.
