shift-del deletes wrong directory

When a new directory is created in a folder in the background and the file manager window is not refreshed to reflect these changes, pressing shift-del to delete the directory that's highlighted in the window deletes the folder that would be at that position if the window was refreshed, meaning that a different directory gets deleted than was highlighted, leading to catastrophic data loss.
