TLS 1.3 support

Are there any plans to add support for TLS 1.3? OpenSSL 1.1.1 supports it and is the new LTS version.

Yes, but probably only in the next major release (5.16) as there are lot of changes in OpenSSL 1.1.1 API.

Have to switch to Filezilla, Not happy about it. My Provider forces me to use TLS1.3
