Invalid access to memory

Problem occurs while copying larger files (~200MByte) to EC2 instance over scp (tunnelled through a bastian host, using proxy command)

WinSCP 5.13.7

I know how to reproduce the problem or the problem happens frequently enough. I wish to be contacted by the WinSCP team to help resolving the problem.
