drag&drop and hdd spinnging up bug.

Hi.
I found 2 bugs to fix.

1.
I set my hdd`s to spin-down after 3 minutes, because they are just a data storage.
When i read something from hdds, they are spinning up, reading file and again spinning-down after 3 minutes.
This is ok.

When i start WinScp my all hdd drives are spinning up.
My data Hdd`s are very loud, and this is very annoying.
I`m using winscp explorer-mode, and I`m using it only for FTP.
Maybe this is happening, because winscp is scanning all drivers main dirs on startup?
I don`t know. I just wanted to ask you to fix it, because this is very annoying.

2.
When you drag file from Win-Scp ftp server directory and drop it on specific spot on the desktop the file is just copying to first free "spot" on the desktop, not to the desired spot.

My setup:
256GB ADATA SU800 SSD
4x1TB HITACHI HDD DRIVE
WINSCP 5.13
Windows 7 Proffesional X64

Sorry for my bad English ;)

I cannot reproduce that.
Anyway, I've sent you an email with a test version of WinSCP.

That's a limitation of the current implementation.
