Winscp freezes constantly

Hi,
Since a few years I'm a daily Winscp user. The last months Winscp freezes constantly regardless what latest versions I use. My OS was and is Win10 64bit.

Every few minutes it freezes and we have to shut it off. I already enabled/disabled caching but nothing works.

I have a log file but since there is personal data on it I'd like to pass this on within a PM.
Since we use this on our business Winscp is our major program in order to get our job done. Therefore we hope someone is willing to look at our logfile.
