Reduce clickable area of checkbox (Upload window)

I prefer to keep the confirmation box enabled as it prevents drag and drop mistakes but I frequently check the "Do not show this dialog box again" checkbox when I miss click the OK button and then I don't notice that I disabled it by mistake for a while.

So it would be great if there is a option to get rid of that checkbox or even better make only the checkbox clickable and not the complete bottom line.
