5.16 Beta 5/13 Nightly Build - Banner not disabled & GUI unresponsive

When logging in to a remote server via sftp. The Authentication Banner shows even after the option "Never show this banner again" is checked. This occurrence is repeatable.

Using WinSCP 5.16 with “Commander” interface on Windows 10 1903.

Other issues:
GUI can sometime be unresponsive with certain actions. I have not found the exact steps to repeat this. One action that was tried was duplicate session after turning on logging. Everything came back to normal after quitting and restarting application.

Hi Martin,

Banner looks good now and the option to not show banner again works correctly now. I'll have to use for a while longer for the GUI responsiveness for a bit, but the banner is good now.
