How to run a program on my VPS? (total beginner)

Hey guys,
I just rented a VPS and want to run a program on it.
So I downloaded WinSCP and uploaded the files, but when I want to run it, it gives error code 127.

How to solve this?

How do you run the program? Why do you think the problem has anything to do with WinSCP?
