Upload files as public-read to S3 (DO Spaces)

Missing Support for Uploading Files and Folders to DigitalOcean Spaces as public-read.

Can you please be more specific? What exactly is missing?

When uploading Files to Digitalocean Spaces (S3) it's private by default. An option to upload the files and folders as public-read would be nice. Software like Cyberduck already has a feature for this. It would be nice if WinSCP would support this as well.

OK, so it's only about the ACL, right? Nothing specific to Digital Ocean Spaces?
