Create new file feature opens "Edit {last selected file} dialog

Version 5.15.2(Build 9590)
Issue is in both client side and server sid

Context menu Create new file feature , opens "Edit File" dialog with last selected file name in it.

Last selected or currently selected?
WinSCP by design uses the name of the currently selected file:
