SCP protocol error: Invalid control record

Hi,

I can log in fine, and see the directory listings fine, but when I try and copy a file locally or edit a file i get the following error: Invalid control record

Here is an excerpt from the log

Hi, I tried using WinSCP 3.82 both installation and standalone, and also the standalone 3.81. I am running Windows 2000.

It's server-side problem. I do not know what's wrong. Have you tried SFTP?
