Server Refused Our Key...But Command line putty works.

Hello, This is what I get when I try to connect.. I have already sent thme my public key and they have regestred it.. When I do the command line
c:\Program Files\PuTTY-0.53b\psftp" -i \path\to\keys\LED-identity.ppk sftp@206.242.19.34
It works... But when I use it in Winscp, this is what I get..

I have been trying to turn on the bugs and change the authentication protocols and I'm pretty much at a loss....
Any help or direction you could give would be greatly appreciated....

I fixed it

Heh.. I had to take out my email address as user name... I just put something in "sftp" and used pageant with my key and Voila!!!
