Progress file type of extension of R being incorrectly displayed with an icon on the Windows side

This is not critical and may be due to a setting in the Windows Registry but will highlight it as it may be something that can be fixed in WinSCP.

Progress – also known as OpenEdge – files have various file extensions and if the file extension is I or P then a green icon appears. If the file extension is R no icon should appear. The attached File Explorer.png highlights this.

However, in WinSCP the R file extension is appearing with an icon which is the same icon as the I and the P extensions for the local directory but is correct for the remote directory as no icon appears – see the attached WinSCP.png.

As I say not critical, but thought worth highlighting if something requires adjusting.

Description: WinSCP is displaying an icon for the R file for the local directory.

Description: Windows File Explorer does not display an icon for the R file.
