May I change the password of my account via WinSCP ?

I have been solved my problem. I have been understood that I need another program (a TTY emulator, like PuTTY) to change my FTP pw with "passwd" command.

It is platform-dependant. On most *nix platforms you use command passwd, as mentioned in Marios's post.
