Invalid access to memory

I have just reformatted my machine (Win XP Pro) & ever since, WinSCP has failed to work.

I'm using WINSCP 4.0.7 Build 370. When I attempt to connect i receive this error: "Invalid access to memory"

. 2008-05-06 13:35:55.742 The server's rsa2 key fingerprint is:

* 2008-05-06 13:35:55.762 Authentication failed.

Some to note is that I never get the window to ask whether the rsa fingerprint is valid, even though there is no key stored in cache.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
