Can no longer get into my iPhone with new version!!!

I have read all the faq and forums but since i updated to 1.47 i cannot stay connected to WinScp. I get in but when i try to move through the directory tree WinSCP times out. I get several error messages like "Error changing directory to '/'." or "Error changing directory to '..'." I have tried reinstalling but no difference. If i press reconnect it just locks up. if i try to shut it down i get a memory error.
