Proxy support

Please add SOCKS5 proxy support (with username and password support) :D

The plugin supports proxy (and SOCKS5 too). But it is not able to setup this yet. However you may download WinSCP application, create a stored session with proxy support and reuse the session from the plugin (the plugin and the application shares the configuration).
