Changed Date off by exactly 6 hours

I have an issue where the changed date of files seems to be off exactly 6 hours (ahead) from what I am seeing on the remote linux server.

Any thoughts on what might be creating this issue? My PC and the server are set at the same time and date, etc. so I have no idea what might be causing this.

Please read documentation. If that does not help, come back. In that case specify what protocol are you using? Also I'm not sure where do you see the change. On the remote file panel already or after you download/upload files?
