Help needed

Hi everyone, I'm sure this has been asked a thousand times before and apologies if it has but is there anyway to automatically refresh a website. Im using WinSCP to update site. When I reload the site its holding onto the old version of the pages so I have to manually go in and press F5 – Which is frustrating.

Reload and F5 is the same thing, isn't it?
