Could not retrieve directory listing PORT: Operation not per

Could not retrieve directory listing
PORT: Operation not permitted
Hi there, the above is the error message I get when trying to connect to a particular server.

WinSCP V 4.2.1 (428)

The problem seems to only occur with this one particular site. (sorry I can't give details)

This issue is most probably not a bug, I just need to know how to configure properly.

I'm running Windows 7
FTP
GUI

I place the same login details that work with CuteFTP, some of the CuteFTP details are automatically detecting what the server is so that is not much use to us.

Here is the log:

Right I think I've given the details needed from the posting guide. I hope this is clear enough. I've been reading the forums and FAQ and anything else I can get a hold of. Still no joy. Thanks for your help in advance

dear Goompa...you are a thicky....

For the above problem you just needed to hunt a little more and you would find this article you sad thicky....

https://winscp.net/eng/docs/ui_login_connection

Please note I didn't take offence at calling myself a thicky. I won't sue for defamation.
All I needed to do was tick passive mode, I just couldn't find where to do it.
