I need a script to update people's host information.

I have several users who use WinSCP and have their session stored on their computer. I am migrating from one server to a new server, and want the transition to be invisible to the end users. The issue I have is that most of the users have their session stored by IP rather than hostname, so I need a simple script that I can force their saved session to point to server2 instead of pointing to xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx, are the sessions saved in text format somewhere, or are they part of the user's registry?
