WinSCP freezes when there is a Microsoft sticky note during drag&drop operation

With "download files via temporary folder" option enabled (I don't know if this is causing the issue), drag and drop operation makes WinSCP unusable when you try to drag the file over a Microsoft sticky note. The program stops and doesn't allow any further inputs from a mouse or a keyboard.

I can indeed reproduce the problem with "download files via temporary folder" option enabled.
But I was not able to find out what goes wrong. WinSCP does not hang in its code, it hangs somewhere deep in Windows API.
Why are you using the "download files via temporary folder" option?
