If file name has more than two dots, the WinSCP recognizes wrong its extension and transfers it in wrong way (from server to PC).

Transfer mode is Default, the file extension is .jpg
WinSCP version: 424beta (and earlier, like 4.17)

    File name: graph.inc.php.jpg
    transfers it as Text
    File name: graph.php.jpg
    transfers it as Text
    File name: graph.inc.jpg
    transfers it as Binary

The extension should be the string after the last dot.
