2-byte Language broken, only at file owner

My language is Korean and File names is displayed correctly.(please see left file names above link)

But only if owner is korean name then is not correct, and broken korean is displayed.

What's with Broken display?

I am using with latest v4.2.5.
and protocol is the SFTP.

well, I tried to connect via Putty.exe then the broken owner is displayed correctly.

Is this a bug?

It rather seems like a bug in your server. Have you tried another SFTP client?

I just tried to connect to FTP server using with famous FTP client FileZilla,
then [File owner] was displayed correctly in Korean.

of course, used protocol is SFTP.

so I think my server hasn't the problem.
