Error code 127

Cannot execute SCP to start transfer. Please make sure that SCP is installed on the server and path to it is included in PATH. You may also try SFTP instead of SCP.
Command failed with return code 127.

I realize this is probably a pretty dumbass question. But just how does one do this?

To clarify the question, I mean how does one switch to SFTP mode?

There's a switch on session tab of login dialog.
