How to upload just files were modified today.

Dear WinSCP team,

I modify some files on my local machine every day. At end of the day I want to upload modfied files on Ftp server.
I don't want to synchronize them. I just want to upload all files that I modified today without comparing etc.
Also, I would like to upload files that I modified during the latest hour, for example.

Is it possible now?
Can you add this feature?
I see Keep Remote directory up to Date but I don't want to upload file every time when I change it.
