Error looking up user groups

I am trying to use WinSCP for the first time. The only problem is one dialog box I am getting when I log in. Have you seen this before? If we click ok, the session connects fine, but I can't figure out how to get past this without having to press enter.

Error:

Error looking up user groups.

Command 'groups'
failed with return code 1 and error message
id: cannot find name for group ID 514.

Issue has been resolved. I was using SCP, but I should have been using SFTP.
