Date modified wrong or not showing

Im on windows server 2008R2 winSCP 4.2.8 build 818

running from scheduled tasks
"C:\Program Files (x86)\WinSCP3\WinSCP.exe" /console /script="C:\inetpub\vhosts\site.net\conf.config"

Version 3.2.8 ran fine on other server which was 2008 tried that version same problem so i think its something with 2008R2

Think this is a bug. Please help me out
