WinSCP not shutting down completely

When I close WinSCP, the program closes on the screen. But it is still running as a process. I have to go into Task Manager and shut down the process.
If I don't, IE and other programs start to hang up.

Also, if I've opened and closed the program three times, then there will be 3 WinSCP processes running.
I'm running XP - SP3 and it's the latest version of WinSCP.
