FTP between two Windows 7 computers

I have two computers, each running Windows 7 Professional. I'd like to use WINSCP to transfer files directly between them (and synchronize directories), without having to go through a Unix server. If this is possible, can you give me a ("dummies version") step-by-step outline of how to set the computers up to allow for this? Thanks in advance ...
