WinSCP Can't find key in memory

Hello.
I am using winscp for the updateand synchronization a few computers with my server. Using the batch mode and scripts, with the private and public (on the server) keys, without passphrase. Full automatic, and usually it works well.

Script is very simple:
option batch on
option confirm off
open user@onmyserver -privatekey=local_key.ppk
option transfer binary
etc..
And I call winscp:
"winscp /console /script=winscp.scr"

But sometimes I can see (original log is in polish..) something like this:
"Can't find server key in memory. There is no warranty that this server really is .(...)"

Original:
"

Uwierzytelnienie...
Klucz serwera nie zostal znaleziony w pamieci. Nie ma gwarancji Że ten serwer naprawde jest tym komputerem z ktorym ma byc zrealizowane polaczenie.
Odcisk palca klucza serwera rsa2 to:
ssh-rsa 1024 f9:4c:0c:7f:bf:05:83:0c:e4:83:08:7e:e8:d6:e8:79
Jeseli ten komputer jest zaufany, nacisnij Tak. Aby kontynuowac bez zalczania klucza komputera w pamieci, nacisnij Nie. Przerwij polczenie, naciskajac, Anuluj.
Kontynuowac polaczenie i zalaczyc klucz komputera w pamieci?
(T)ak, (N)ie, (A)nuluj, (K)opiuj klucz:
"

I'm not sure, why it's happening. I supposed that if I have both keys, isn't necessary to confirm something else..

With Best Regards
FredC
