Why is the timestamp of uploaded/downloaded file different from the timestamp of the source file?
There are several possible reasons:
- You have not checked Preserve timestamp transfer option.
- WinSCP and the server interpret timestamp differently.
- FTP protocol does not allow updating timestamp of uploaded file.
