WinSCP does not support codepage convesion yet. So it is general problem, not only with Japanese.

The answer is Yes and No. !!
There is no problem to see a file name in Japanese when I create a files or folders in the Linux that I accessed but Japanese files name existed in the Linux server is collapsed.
I think it is necessary to have EUC and SJIS switching function.??
The files themselves are no problem. The problem is I can not read the fileneme correctly if filename have Japanese letters in it.
