I read at https://winscp.net/eng/docs/sftp that winSCP supports checksum calculation only if the server supports it. My question is how do you enable it and what servers (on windows) provide the checksum calculation functionality? It would be ideal if the server also locks a file so that no file could be downloaded before the upload is finished.

The reason is that I want to make absolutely sure that data integrity is always guaranteed and that no file is downloaded "too early"
