Particularly when dragging a file from another instance of WinSCP, the default drop action is now copy (not move).

This actually fixes a bug that causes the download to default to "download and move" when dragging a file from remote file panel to the local panel opened on the same drive as temporary folder (in "Download files via temporary folder" drag&drop download mode).
