Issue 281 – Disable output buffering of console interface tool

When output of console interface tool (winscp.com) is redirected to file or pipe, the output is by default buffered by Windows. On WinXP the buffers seems to have 500 bytes. We should disabled the buffer to allow realtime processing of the output.
