Still not confirmed if it is client-side or server-side problem.
In the above case it happens with passive mode over explicit TLS, but that may not be the only case.
The same problem occurs with FileZilla 2.x and Altap Salamander FTP clients. On the other hand it works with FileZilla 3.x and Core FTP Lite.
