Since upgrade to OpenSSL 1.0.0x WinSCP gets TLS server hello A response including TLS extensions block, although it does not seem to request it. Not expecting the block, it fails parsing the response. Enabling TLS extensions in OpenSSL build seems to fix/workaround the problem.
